"I have come in today and finalized some policies. Worked with a lovely woman named Linda she got me my car insurance first. She is amazing also quite reassuring when speaking. Spoke with her for 3-2months on another policy. When I mean she was patient with me is an understatement. Linda followed up with me and I finally agreed without pressure. I know I can come in and speak about anything I need with her! You all should come in and work with her and Judy!"

"Judy called me today to let me know that l've used my tow service three times in the past five months (like i was using the tow service for fun or something) and if I use it again, my policy will be canceled. Mind you, I've never filed a claim or used my insurance in any way except to have it towed those times. She recommended I pay for AAA because StateFarm only charges me $4 a month for tow service and they have had to pay about $100 to tow my vehicle everytime. WOW. She was more than happy to cancel my policy for me. The complete lack of empathy and care was absolutely astounding. God forbid you fall on hard times with your vehicle and have to use your tow service with Statefarm. Judy, I was definitely made to feel penalized for using the insurance I paid for. The conversation could have gone alot better had you conveyed even a little sympathy. I even asked at one point if you knew what I meant while speaking to you and your response was "No, I don't." I really still don't understand how you figure using the tow service three times in a five month period out of all the years I've held a policy is "excessive use". Anyway, thank you for your rude phone call. I was able to get a policy through Progressive for the exact same coverage at $35 less per month."
